Shipping information

Please note we currently only ship to the UK, including the Channel Islands.

Items will be sent free of charge, insured and well packaged, 3 days upon clearance of payment.

We send trackable and signed for services only.

We send to the address that payment card is registered to. Please contact us if you would like us to ship to an alternative address.

Packaging/boxes

All items are presented in a complimentary black jewellery box. Unfortunately items are not sold in the box pictured unless stated in the description.

Return Policy Procedure

  1. If you are not pleased with your internet purchase, please contact us by email within 3 days of receipt of your item and return it to us. We will then refund the purchase price.
  2. We will acknowledge your return request within 3 days.
  3. You will ship the item back to our returns address (given with our acknowledgement email) within 3 days of the acknowledgement:
    - The item must be returned via Royal Mail Special delivery (or Fedex or DHL on certain orders) in its original packaging and must be insured for its purchase price. It must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you.
    - We recommend you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt.
    - The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance.
  4. After we verify the returned item as originally sent, we will issue a full refund within 3 days.

Damaged Item Procedure

  • Please do not return items damaged in shipment, as doing so will void the shipping insurance.
  • Damage claims can only be made on items shipped with insurance.
  • To begin the process, please contact us and alert the carrier of the damage.
  • Claims should be made to the original shipping agent. Guidelines for insurance claims vary by carrier so please check with them for specific instructions.
  • Be sure to retain all original packaging as well as all the pieces of damaged item, as the shipping agent will request to examine them.

Descriptions

Hallmarks provide the information needed to accurately date an object of jewellery. Without the presence of such marks we can estimate an approximate time frame of the item and will, for example, describe as “Georgian” or “Victorian” or “Circa”.

All stone sizes, colour and clarity are approximate, unless a certificate is stated.

Unless described with an age estimate, the item will be modern.

Ring sizing

Please contact us to see if it is possible to change the size of your chosen ring. We use specialist jewellers who can size modern and antique jewellery and will be happy to give you a quote.

Please note that a ring that has been re-sized on your behalf will not be eligible for a refund.
